Check every destination
The itinerary includes South Africa, Australia, the United Arab Emirates, Spain, Brazil and the United States, as well as Antarctica. Visa and entry requirements depend on nationality and may change. Confirm the current requirements with the relevant official authorities; do not rely on older nationality lists.
Passport and supporting letters
Runbuk’s travel guide asks for a passport valid for at least six months after the trip, with sufficient blank pages. The team can supply a participation letter when needed for a visa application.
Confirm your baggage allowance
Keep documents, essential medication and valuables in your cabin bag. Published pages give differing baggage allowances, so confirm the final allowance for each flight in your participant instructions.
Your final participant instructions and approved event terms take priority. Check your dashboard for organizer updates.
