Sleeping and meals
The accommodation page describes two-person, double-walled sleeping tents and supplied polar sleeping bags. A separate dining tent serves prepared meals, with snacks and drinks available between meals.
Camp services
Union Glacier has a small clinic and a specialist operations team. Charging facilities are limited. Camp services support a remote expedition and should not be assumed to match an urban hotel.
Staying in touch
The current FAQ describes Starlink connectivity, with variable speeds and priority for operational communications. Ordinary cellular service does not work; satellite calling may also be available. Confirm current access and charges in the final participant information.
Your final participant instructions and approved event terms take priority. Check your dashboard for organizer updates.
