Independent travel
The accommodation page asks participants to arrange their own pre-cruise hotel in Paris or Longyearbyen. Travelers who skip the optional Paris flight package must reach Longyearbyen independently before embarkation.
Optional group flights
The current 2027 arrangement lists Paris–Longyearbyen return group flights separately from the cruise package. Transfers and sightseeing are included only as described in that option and when time permits.
Onboard
Selected cabin accommodation and full board are part of the published cruise package. Cabin prices are per guest. Confirm the assigned cabin, arrival deadline and final joining instructions rather than relying on older room-gallery prices.
Your final participant instructions and approved event terms take priority. Check your dashboard for organizer updates.
